What we do
Plant nutrition produced in a circular and fossil free production process to secure the future food supply.
We need to feed future generations in a sustainable way
With seven billion people to feed and two more billion to join by 2050 we will need 70% more food. Fertilizers have brought huge benefits to society and agriculture by improving the growth and productiveness of plants and by that increasing our food supply. Without fertilizers, we would have never been able to become 7 billion people in the world. However, the global fertilizer market is unsustainable and heavily dependent on fossil fuels.
We need to change this if we want to be able to feed future generations in a sustainable way.
Circular and fossil free plant nutrition can help
Cinis Fertilizer will produce a circular, environmentally friendly, water-soluble Sulfate of Potash (SOP) fertilizer using a low emission and low pollution production process.
By revitalizing discarded material from the electric car battery industry and the pulp and paper industry we will produce a fertilizer that both solves pollution issues for other industries and provides healthy fruits and vegetables for the planet. Recycling of this industrial waste will allow us to stop pollution of our oceans while enabling sustainable agriculture.
